Logistics Coordinator

As Logistic Coordinator you will report the Logistics Manager. Your main goal is to coordinate global distribution to international warehouses, stores and e-commerce channel and oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company

On your everyday, your main duties will consist in;

- Manage the logistics of retail distribution, product import and export process, controlling and directing logistics service partners contracted for distribution services. You will also liaise with the warehouse team for warehousing services.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Manage reverse logistic process with special focus on ecommerce costumer returns.
- Manage documentation related to national and international shipments
- Implement and execute processes and standards in markets to support operational excellence in market distribution.
- Build relationships, negotiate contracts and control logistic service partners through KPIs and regular reviews.
- Track transportation costs and drive a culture or cost reduction within the business.
- Manage incidences related to product distribution in conjunction with warehouse teams and the international transportation team. Follow up any issues in line with agreed standards, contracts and service level agreements.
- Support the business with daily discrepancy management, providing solutions and support
- Constant contact with Buying Marketing to notify daily product arrivals.
- Support Buying team in measure supplier delivery performance and work with them to improve lead time.
- Identify inefficiencies and simplify and automatize processes where possible. Collaborate with other business functions in the market and with international logistics execution functions to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
- Participation in projects and initiatives executed in the market.
- Other duties and projects as assigned and directed by the Logistics Manager

You are the person we are looking for if:

- At least 3 years international distribution and Warehouse experience within the sporting, FMCG or fashion industry goods.
- Experience with e-commerce distribution.
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with international/multicultural teams.
- Excellent knowledge about international customs legislation.
- Supply Chain execution knowledge and strong business orientation.
- Gets things done, delivers to highest of standards and takes responsibility. Autonomy.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering desirable.
- Strong IT skills particularly Excel.
- Ability to assimilate new systems and reporting tools.
- Fluent in English.
