You will be working for an important telecommunications client, leader in the sector both nationally and internationally!
As an Managed Services Engineer N1 in your day-to-day work:
- Handle incidents in accordance with SLAs
- Follow up and resolve L1/L2 user incidents in accordance with SLAs
- Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams.
Participate in the team’s continuous improvement around technical and
functional processes as well as help improve customer’s satisfaction
- Communicate and collaborate closely with the teams, help and support your
colleagues
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a degree in Engineering (Telecommunications or Computer Science) or CFGS (Administration of Networked Computer Systems).
- You have certifications in CISCO (CCNA, CCNP).
- You are fluent in English, French and Spanish.
- You are customer-oriented
