As a Marketing Specialist, you will be working in the Marketing division. Your objective will be to support global campaigns, manage traveler communications, blog content, and social media for the Iberia market.

You will be responsible for:

-Develop and implement local marketing strategy for our B2B and B2C target groups
-Expertise in developing strategy and planning and executing and follow up to be as efficient as possible
-Together with the agency, manage the social media strategy in Spain for all brands, including the relationship with influencers.
-Agree with the global teams on the always-on communications to make sure the campaigns are relevant for our market: SEM, SEO, display, emails, etc
-Act as a key point of contact for global marketing teams and make sure they are aware of local particularities and marketing opportunities
-Build partnerships with large brands in defined categories to increase the vacation rental marketplace awareness through co-marketing initiatives.
-Be ahead of the curve regarding campaign management (On- and Offline) and build partnerships with large brands and relevant tourism boards
-Being an important part of the local marketing team in Spain

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications:

-Excellent communication skills (English + Spanish)
-Bachelor degree

Experience:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
-Marketing experience with knowledge of Online / E-Commerce campaigns
-Experience in an international matrix organized company

Skills:

-Excellent knowledge of different on and offline marketing channels (above and below the line) – e.g. direct marketing, events, social media, OOH, press, etc
-Used to working with tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau
