As a Sales Assitant, your main objective will be to be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that the clients are treated according to the company's standards.
During your day to day:
- You will welcome every client and try to provide the best customer experience.
- You will strive to discover your clients and their needs.
- You will advise clients about the brand and all the products.
- You will proactively reach out to your clients to achieve individual and team objectives.
- You will engage with clients to develop long-term relationships.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have experience as a Sales Assistant and/or have experience in retail or hospitality.
- You speak fluent Mandarin, English/Spanish.
- You are proactive, curious, and are passionate for luxury products.
- You are a person with a gift of people, attention to detail, and passionate about web development. You like people management and you feel comfortable working for objectives.
- You will have a stable position (6+6+permanent).
- You will work full-time 40 hours.
