As a member of the Finance Service team you will be responsible, amongst others, of the following duties:
- Responsible of Front, Back and Credit Control teams
- Ensure, maintain and execute collection strategies in line with set standards process and policies to act as a subject matter expert; propose, implement and maintain continuous improvement in the department
- Review and manage exception reports, KPIs, and other key indicators of performance/output
- Manage around 20-30 people
- At least five years experience in accounts receivable with additional time spent in credit and colections
- Strong knowledge of financial metrics and tools
- Knowledge of accounting standards and legal requirements regarding financial processes
- Good Process Modeling and Improvement skills
- Business communication and analytical skills
- Negotiation and judgment Skills
- Large experience working in multicultural environments
- Advanced user in English, Office and SAP
