You will work in an international company, with a young and dynamic environment, in the SaaS sector, with more than 13 years of presence in the market and offices in the centre of Barcelona.
You will lead a team of 5 people and you will be able to continue developing your career.
As a Sales Manager, your will be responsible for business growth and customer retention of the French market, reporting to the general manager of Europe.
On a daily basis:
- You will develop strategies and sales practices for short, medium and long-term sustainable revenue streams.
- You will identify market trends that will improve the company's competitive position.
- You will develop strategies to achieve the objectives of growth and retention.
- You will be the person responsible for setting sales targets and KPIs.
- You will work together with the marketing department to improve the effectiveness of on/off-line marketing.
- You will optimize team performance and create new development opportunities for your team.
- You will participate in the decision process of new sales procedures.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have +5 years of experience as Sales Manager.
- You have +3 years in team management.
- You have experience in software companies (SAAS) or telecommunications.
- You studied an MBA.
- You are native French.
- You speak advanced English and Spanish (C1).
- You master Salesforce.
- You are available to travel to Paris sometimes.
- You are an innovative, passionate and integrated person.
- You will have a stable position with a management role.
