Our client is an industrial multinational company.
Most public-owned companies and institutions use tender as a purchasing process, such as universities, energy companies and water treatment companies.
For the detection, elaboration and follow-up of tenders we are looking for tender representatives:
- Control of tender delivered by the company and renewal;
- Detection of new tenders (internet, official news, etc);
- Team working with sales managers to develop pricing policy;
- Physical elaboration of tender;
- Coordination with multiple departments inside the company to get various documents that are required for tenders. Control of their expiry dates;
- Assure sending and receiving tenders.
The Inside Tender Representative should present with the following traits:
Language:
- Fluent in English as usual language within the company;
- Mother tongue Portuguese / Spanish (or both) as tender’s languages;
- Knowledge of Catalan, Basque or Galician could be appreciated.
Technical Skills:
- Excellent reading of tender documents is required;
- Excellent command of Cloud based CRM applications.
Education:
- High School;
