Our client is a German non-profit organization based that wants to have a positive impact on people's health through the power of ethical, meaningful and secure human data science.
As a Junior Android Developer, you will be responsible for:
-Take part in the development cycle of their Android mobile app to deliver a great product
-Develop and test code as well as participate in code reviews and discuss about features and design
-Work together with the team in an agile and flexible environment (e.g. with SCRUM)
-Stay up-to-date on developments within the Android platform and mobile app community
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Ready for a challenging position with the opportunity to learn and to contribute to the project with your
-Experience of around 1-2 years with Android development
-Worked with the following: Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, REST web services, Git
-Know Clean Architecture, RxJava, Jenkins/Travis or Jira is a plus
-Are open for modern development approaches like CI/CD, unit/integration testing
-Are self-organized and strive for performance, you like to take ownership and responsibility over your work and are a great team player
-Are fluent in written and spoken English
