During your day to day:
- You will be realizing front Office activities and order management for ME Market. Registration, management and confirmation of customers' orders in ERP System.
- You will Contribute to edit monthly reports
- You will process management for exports. Ensure viability of operations with legal and customs documentation. (Proforma invoices, credit bank letters,).
- You will be in charge of logistic and admnistriation
- You will realize customer support having daily contact with customers and ensuring customer needs are completed.
- You will coordinate actions with Financials Department to reach company targets.
- You will be in charge of billing and invoices process.
- You will support rebate management in coordination with sales and finance teams.
- You will be realizing supply chain Support. Participate in Stock and Demand Review meetings to be able to provide inputs about forecasting and orders for ME region.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have previous experience in Customer Service, Logistic (Import Export) and/or Sales
- You speak fluent level of English
- You speak fluent level of Arabic
- You have commercial skills and you are a team player
- You have ability to develop good working relationships in a complex matrix organization
- You are an IT advanced user
- You are problem solved oriented
