You will work in a global technology company specialized in digital office equipment, high-production printing solutions, document management systems and ICT services..
Located in Sant Cugat del Vallès, with easy access by public transport (train and bus) and large parking possibilities.
As Cash Management Specialist your responsability will be the following: management of financial resources available to the company, in the operational management of normal collection or payment functions.
During your day to day:
- You will be responsible for the bank reconciliation.
- You will import bank statements and balance in the system.
- You will generate bank remittances to clients.
- You will analyze differences between accounting and the bank.
- You will analyze differences between accounting and customer module.
- You will analyze the evolution of bank debts / bank refusals.
You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have a Baccalaureate degree or professional training with a minimum of 2 years of valuable experience in a similar position.
- Alternative: You have a college degree in business administration / finance with no prior experience or up to one year experience in customer service positions.
- You speak Avanced level of French (C2) and fluent Spanish at an upper intermediate level (B2).
- You are a person oriented to the client, communicative, teamwork spirit, you consider yourself an analytical, precise and versatile person.
- You are a resident in the Vallés area (it is a plus).
- Salary of 18k g/a.
