The Call Center, located in Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona, will be a group of professionals for our clients in Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy and France which includes individuals with chronic diseases, health care professionals and pharmacies.

The main purpose of the position of Business Intelligence Specialist is:

1. That standard reports are created in a qualitative and timely manner as agreed with the stakeholders
2. If required, specific reports and ad-hoc requests are processed
3. The quality of the reports is continuously improved, automatized and standardized
4. Technical participation in projects and sub-projects takes place
5. Compliance with regulatory, legal, quality and other relevant guidelines

During your day to day:

- You will be in charge of creation of standardized KPI reports required for Customer Services Europe (daily, weekly, monthly)
- You will be in charge of creation of complex reports in Power BI and administration of the report portal
- You will provide support and administration of the reporting environment (data maintenance, archiving etc.)
- You will have to recognize and interpret data and data correlations
- You will be in charge of development of specific ad hoc reports for several stakeholders (e.g. management, business partner)
- You will be in charge of elaboration of proposals for the standardization and optimization of existing processes and reports
- You will be in technical participation in projects and sub-projects and collaboration with interfaces
- You will ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, quality and other relevant guidelines


You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have a Master’s degree in technological related field
- You have the following Language skills:
o A fluent command of English
o A good knowledge of German or any other European language will be very valuable
- You have methodological competence, analytical skills and affinity for numbers and figures
- You have good communication skills, solution-oriented and team-oriented approach
- You are willing to learn and grow with an attitude to go beyond
- You have experience in a call center and/or CRM environment (preferred SFDC) is a plus-
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), G Suite, databases (SQL etc.) and Power BI, basic programming skills
- You have business administration skills, knowledge of handling CRM systems, IT platforms and telephony systems, interface management, intercultural experience
