Main tasks and responsibilities of the position are:
- A-level ticket handling for German business (Supplier Relationship Management)
- Process and solve tickets according to the service level agreements
- Ensure the Service Level Agreement Quality
- Assign tickets to further support levels if required
- High level of German and English
- user level SAP
- Ariba knowledge will be a plus
- 24-26 K according to experience
- Low rate access to company canteen

- Schedule: 8 - 17 Mon-Thu; 8 - 15 Friday
