Our client is a multinational company specialized in the chemical and pharmaceutical sector. This position is for the Barcelona office where many different nationalities are present.
The main Credit Management Associate functions are:
- Evaluate customer's credit data and financial statements in order to determine degree of risk involvement
- Deliver meaningful, detailed credit analysis while providing efficient and timely service to internal and external customers
- Conferring with customers to verify their financial/credit transactions and to resolve their complaints
- Management of the organization’s credits and accounts receivable
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of specific credit limit management and credit insurance
- Perform process controls (ICS, ICM, BPC) as prescribed in the desktop procedures
- Update Country-Specific documentations

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Finance
- Alternatively an equivalent progressive working experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Credit Management or other related Order-to-Cash processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic MS Office
- Experience with ERP systems. SAP experience valuable
- Customer oriented
- Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task
- Fluent English skills (C1 level) both in the spoken and written form
