Our client is a multinational company specialized in the chemical and pharmaceutical sector. This position is for the Barcelona offices where many different nationalities are present.
As an Order to Cash professional, your main responsibilities will include:
- Performing immediate calls to customers and driving timely resolution or closure of standard collection related customer queries, and feedback by email, fax, phone, etc.
- Performing validation and resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintenance of customer accounts, support and follow up.
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information and providing solutions.
- Performing analysis and support resolution of issues related to incomplete orders and standard delivery blocks with internal teams and/or communication with customers.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
- Excellent level of French and English (written and spoken).
Experience:
- Studies in Business Administration/Economics, or demonstrated experience in Accounting of a minimum of 2 years.
Skills:
- Advanced MS Office Excel user.
- Knowledge of SAP and Concur (travel expenses tool) would be a big plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required when dealing with customers (internal or external), employees, fellow employees, and management.
- 7 month temporary contract with possibilities of permanent contract.
- Full time position (08h-17h, with 1h flexibility).
