Our client is a Swiss international company that provide services for trade facilitation. They have an extensive network of offices around the world and about 4000 employees providing service to their clients every day. To support their business, they develop custom applications with the aim of improving productivity and reducing operational costs.
As a QA Automation Engineer you will be responsible for testing in-house applications and ensuring a good application quality for end users.
Your will be responsible for:
-Designing, developing and supporting frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our development teams.
-Write test cases for each user stories and perform tests based on that test case by applying governance process and tools.
-Make estimation on development tasks with Project Development Team.
-Perform non-functional tests.
-Present validated user stories before Product Owner can test them.
-Follow agreed training plans on time.
-Share technical knowledge with the team and actively help other members of the team whenever possible.
-Use appropriate measures and KPI's to validate and report on software quality.
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-At least 2 years of experience in automation test cases with Selenium.
Skills
-Experience in writing, executing and monitoring automated test suites a variety of technologies incluiding Cucumber
-Experience in Agile and Scrum testing.
-Experience using Visual Studio Team system.
-Good communication in English (both written and spoken).
-Technical knowledge of SQL Server, Windows and .Net environment is a plus.
