As a Support Agent, you will be using your sales skills to maintain the already existing good relationships between users and our client.
Your main responsibilities are:
-Keeping the positive atmosphere and provoking positive feelings with the client;
-Showing interest in the client;
-Cross upselling top quality products.
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
-Proficiency Level of French
-Excellent level of English;
-Sales experience desirable;
-Customer oriented;
-Result oriented.
