As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the point of contact between logistic companies and transport companies. When there are issues, needs, or problems, you will be in charge of dealing with them.
Your day-to-day
- You will be in charge of being the middle ground between the logistic companies and the transport companies
- You will gather customer requirements and obtain information
- You will deal with the problems of the clients when they arise and tend to their needs

You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are someone who is open minded and willing to face different situations that arise
- You are someone who can work well and be active in a team
- You can provide solutions to different problems
- You have experience in customer service
- You are comfortable talking on the phone
- You are currently in Barcelona
