Our client is an international world known company based in Tordera specialising retail.
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with an Excellent level of German, English and Spanish.
You will be responsible for:
-Organising work and supervising over subordinate units of Contact Centre
-Caring for the quality of the job, and timely implementation of the objectives
-Competency development and support of subordinates
-Entering solutions to improve the processes and work of the team
-Preparing reports on the effects of work
-Current cooperation with team of Contact Centre and with other departments of the company
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
-Experience as a customer service specialist in a call centre required
-Excellent level of German and English and advanced level of Spanish is a must
-Leadership and organisational skills
-Experience in managing a team would be a plus
-Focus on the purpose and consequence in action
-Creativity and the desire to create and deploy new solutions
-Independence and responsibility for assigned tasks
-Focus on working with people and building partnerships
-Very good knowledge of MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
