As a Receptionist your responsabilities will be:
- You will be taking an office and administrative support position.
- You will be in contact with the Spanish and Belgian market.
- You will be responsible of receiving visitors, patients, or clients and answer telephone calls.
- You will be in charge of managing the emails of the company's clients.
- You will manage customer mailboxes.
- You will refer customer demand to the corresponding departments of the company.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are Customer Service oriented.
- You speak French and Dutch with Native or Advanced level.
- You speak Flemish.
- You speak English in advanced level.
- You have communication skills such as empathy and patience.
- You are oriented to grow in the company.
