Customer Care Representative with Native Level of Turkish and high Level of English

As Customer Care Representative you will be responsible for having a fluent communication with customers, providing solutions to achieve a a satisfactory customer experience.
During your day to day:
- You will be in charge of timely and accurate order entry and follow up, taking any action to deliver on time in full
- You will keep customers export documents and requirements updated in our system.
- You will provide regular reports and information to stakeholders.
- You will approve customer export documents, guaranteeing accurateness and completeness.
- You will follow up to guarantee smooth clearing at customs.
- You will be familiar with export documentation and requirements, with capability to challenge requirements and to deliver petitions.
- You will close coordination with Transport department, shipment creation and follow up.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a native level of Turkish
- You have a high level of English
- You have experience in Customer Care
- You have knowledge of Exports Documents
- SAP experience is a plus
- You have strong communication skills
- You have team spirit and you are collaborative and flexible, dynamic and well-organized.
