Our client is a startup that is growing with lightning speed! They developed a software solution - tool that helps hoteliers who are running small hotels, B&Bs, and independent properties manage their everyday operations with ease.
As a Team Leader of Account Executives for the French market, you'll develop, train and hire highly driven and enthusiastic Account Executives. The team's mission is to close the maximum number of opportunities previously generated by the SDR team as possible.
During your day-to-day you will:
- Hire, coach and lead the French Account Executive team.
- Develop sales, product and industry skills of each team member.
- Work closely with Head of Sales France to ensure alignment and target achievement.
- Motivate team members and regularly report on team and individual results.
- Constantly improve the productivity and efficiency of the team by identifying learning and coaching opportunities.
- Keep up with product training, understand business value and product vision.
- Monitor daily activity and performance, utilizing your knowledge of the individual with a data-driven approach
You are the person we are looking for if you fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration or similar.
- 2 years of experience in business development / (inside) sales / customer success in a SaaS company.
- You have experience managing a team while daily improving sales KPIs
- You are a French native speaker and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You have a consistent track record of 100%+ of target achievement in outbound sales.
- You are passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile!
- You have strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask.
- You have great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast -paced environment.
- You overperform when challenged and want to exceed goals with your team.
