As Account Executive you will be responsible for delighting our customers by providing excellent customer service, across support, data management, and engagement.
During your day to day:
• You will transform the air cargo rates into Web format and uploading them in the system.
• You will respond to customer inquiries.
• You will make sure to have happy customers that renew contracts.
• You will also identify upsell opportunities and pass them to the sales team.
• You will help motivate assigned customers transact through.
• You will track everything, keeping the CRM up to date.
