Our client operate several different types of businesses such as Employee Share Plan Management, Registry Services and Mortgage Administration Services.

About the Role

As the senior leader for UK Europe Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and managing business development opportunities for a wide range of products, services and global solutions within our client´s Employee Share Plans business.

Key Accountabilities:
-You will work closely with the Sales Director and other regional Managers to research and understand the needs of high-profile prospects located within the Europe area thereby creating packaged tailored solutions.

-You will target, establish and develop relationships with potential high profile and high value clients, getting under the skin of their business and shaping our client´s solution to meet their client´s goals.

-You will maintain and develop the highest standards of client relations, engagement and communications.

-You will want to be involved in the share plan community and regularly meet Advisors and industry experts while attending as many conferences, seminars and networking events as possible.

-You will have full responsibility for effective and profitable pricing proposals

-You will craft and deliver sales plans for high profile targets and clients.

What are we looking for?

Skills / Experience and Competencies:

You will have strategic commercial experience of working in Professional Services and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong commercial acumen highly numerate.
Excellent communicator.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to deliver work quickly, accurately and on time.

A strong, client focused work ethic motivated by delivering high quality service.

Experience of working with numerous stakeholders, and resolving conflicting interests when necessary, while maintaining the integrity of the product

A natural aptitude for building and managing relationships.

Track record of managing multiple clients across the Europe.

Proven track record of working at C-Level and above, within client businesses.

Team player who can lead a client service and work seamlessly with other teams across our client´s company

Ability to establish and build strong client relations.

A good technical knowledge of share plans

Excellent presentation skills – presenting at Board level to numerous stakeholders, and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel is essential.

You will have an entrepreneurial flair and enjoy problem solving and must be able to work closely with clients, in a highly competitive and fast paced environment.

Strong understanding of Financial concepts, Product Development and Marketing

Commercially focused with an ability to understand levers of profitability and how to best deploy these into a new client solution.

Proven track record of successfully developing relationship within the designated client region with high profile clients.

Due to the needs of the clients and prospects and the interaction with the industry, late finishes will be a regular part of the job to ensure that the client and prospects needs are met and the high levels of market engagement are maintained.

A high level of English + other European languages
