Your mission as an Adoption leader is to create the adoption strategy, selling the usage of the tool
through the new ways of working worldwide.
You will Create and drive the change management adoption strategy within Europe and France
You will Push the new ways of working
You will Collaborate with Global / local team
You will Create a strong link with the other pilars of the change management strategy (Communication,
Human change)
You will Lead / Animate a community of key users (community)
You will Organize Adoption event through events: internal digital event, Open Days...
You will Convince Leaders and Managers to apply the new ways of working.
You will you will do Project management
You will Drive people to deliver the strategy a coherent way.
What are the requirements?
5+ years of experience in change management or community management.
English is mandatory
Team player
Good human relationship
Willing to change and learn
Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service, employee centric and satisfaction oriented
Delivery oriented with good analytical and negotiation skills
Mindset leader, focusing on helping people learn, grow and deliver
