You will be part of a company founded in Barcelona, with more than 20 years of experience developing technology solutions for large and small companies in the tourism industry, digitizing 100% of their billing processes.

You will work in a dynamic team, with strong values around change, innovation, partnership and empathy.

As a Customer Onboarding Engineer (COE) you will ensure the correct onboarding of products and services as well as identify areas to improve customer satisfaction.

In your day-to-day work:
- You will analyze the technical and functional requirements of customers' ERP to improve the customer experience in the integration process with their platform.
- You will examine the compliance requirements of the different countries in which the company operates.
- You will coordinate the integration projects of the customers' ERP with the platform.
- You will be in charge of process improvement.
- You will lead technical projects.
- You will execute and organize from start to finish the testing procedures.
- You will prepare the technical documentation for each project.
- Manage and resolve customer issues.
- You will actively participate in product design and development.

You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a degree in Engineering.
- You have experience in software implementation projects.
- You have knowledge in "Project Management" or "Lean Management".
- You have an advanced level of English.
- You consider yourself a results-oriented person, with an analytical mind, highly organized and with excellent communication skills.
