The Customer Onboarding team has the mission to help our customers learn to manage everything about our product to make their life’s easier. They do this by learning how our customers manage their needs, adapting their way of working to our platform, training and guiding our customers through every corner of our product. They enable success by playing a key role in our customer journey.
As a Customer Onboarding Team Lead you will:
Work closely with the Customer Success Operations team to set objectives aligned with company goals and implement processes that will enable the team to achieve them.
Lead the current team and continue growing the Onboarding team.
Conduct trainings to make sure the team is able to deliver the best onboarding experience possible.
Ensure the team’s happiness and performance by creating a pleasant working environment that inspires, motivates and builds confidence, while developing new skills and sharing product knowledge.
If you have significant experience in customer facing roles (Experience in a SaaS company would be a plus).
You are a French native speaker and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
You have experience leading a team. We are looking to make an impact on our people's life by providing them support with amazing people management skills.
You are empathic, caring and able to leverage on those aspects to lead a team.
You have a continuous improvement mindset, keeping in mind KPI’s and finding ways to challenge current processes.
You have impressive organization skills and the ability to prioritize and work in multiple tasks.
