Our client is a famous multinational company in the distribution sector.
You will be responsible for:
-Receive inbound calls from clients (export clients)
-Build strong and lasting relationships with customers
-Orders management : "order to bill"
-Contact with exporters, supliers, providers
-Credit collections
-Engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions
-Act and communicate proactively and keep customers informed of any issues
-Work independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
-Help with problem solving
-Attend the customers' needs
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Skills:
-High Level of English, French and Spanish
- Portuguese is a plus
Experience
- 1 year of experience in customer service role, backoffice or logistic
- Experiences in Export
