Their office is located in Barcelona!
As a Customer Success Operations Agent on a daily basis you will:
- You will communicate with clients and partners by phone and email
- You will identify, analyze, and solve client issues
- You will make proactive recommendations about product improvement
- You will collect information from the busines development team when necessary
- You will create car park content and ensure quick online live release
- You will do side projects according to your skills and interests
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a first successful experience in a client-oriented (customer success department, call center…), sales or account management position
- You have a University Degree
- You have a Native level of French, Advanced English and any other language (Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch) is a plus
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have ability to follow processes
