Our client is a multinational web fleeting and vehicle tracking management company based in Barcelona.
- You will work closely with Sales Support, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance and other cross-functional teams to raise customer loyalty and ensure an excellent customer experience;
- You will maximize value by identifying, negotiating and closing sales opportunities (upsell/cross-sell models, upgrades and contract renewals);
- You will coordinate actions with other departments to ensure customers’ issues are solved according to their expectations;
- You will contribute to the development of our customer retention program and measurement for customer loyalty and satisfaction. Actively participate in improving processes and procedures;
- You will practise customer advocacy: Responsible of the "Voice of the Customer" towards the rest of the organization.
You have more than 1 year of experience in a similar customer facing role, such as Customer Success representative or Account Manager.
- You have strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and fluent in English.
You are highly organized and able to prioritize.
- You have a good understanding of the needs of our customers and ability to translate it to solutions.
- You are familiar with Salesforce or other CRM software.
