Our client is part of a group of companies that offers strategic services in Pharmaceutical Marketing with offices in Paris and also in Barcelona operating since 2002.
As a HR Generalist:
- You will be in charge of the recruitment of the necessary human resources: from sourcing to recruitment, defining candidate profiles, identifying candidates corresponding to the required profiles, selecting CVs and conducting interviews
- You will be involved in the personnel administration at recruitment according to the French and Spanish legal provisions.
- You will follow-up on the employee's files from the recruitment to the termination of the contract.
- You will ensure the relations with the service providers (advice agency, occupational health, recruitment agency)
- You will participate in the management of claims with the personnel in relation to the lawyers
- You will have to respect and ensure quality procedures (recruitment and folder)
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You speak native French
- You have very good relational skills
- Knowledge of French and Spanish labor law would be a plus.
