Our client is an online marketing company offering services to generate traffic in email, display, social networks and CRM Data consulting. You will work in a central area of Barcelona with a dynamic and ambituious team of experts.
As a traffic manager, your main role will be to manage the databases and carefully select the content that the company send out to their end consumers, based on real-time trends and behavioral analysis.
During your day-to-day work:
- You will working towards the main KPI’s objectives:
revenue, user activation, clicks.
- You will create newsletter in coordination with the designer and supervision of our database monetization.
- You will match content, context and audience, to deliver relevant and profitable campaigns.
- You will track newsletter performance.
- You will analyze results in order to optimize the KPIs
and client’s ROI, while increasing value for the users.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are passionate about Digital Marketing / Email Marketing CRM.
- You have a native level of German and an advanced level of English. Spanish is a Big Plus.
- You are performance-oriented and have good communication skills.
- You have a basic HTML and design (Photoshop) knowledge.
- You have a “hands-on” attitude, perseverance and a high motivation towards learning. Responsibility, common sense, being a team player, attention to detail and precisiona are likewise important.
- You have 1-2 years of experience working in a digital project, agencies or ecommerce are preferable.
- You will have a stable position with a permanent contract.
