Product Owner IA

What will you do? You will be key to accompany the company’s customer support organization to reach one of its key priorities: Self service increase: Use data insights to drive business value and enable decision making with clear, data-driven choices.

You will be part of the Digital Customer Relationship (DCR) organization, and more precisely of Digital Sales&Customer support capability which mission is to bring performant digital tools to our sales operations teams, to drive efficiency and enable growth.

You will report to the DCR Data Excellence Delivery leader in this team

You will collaborate closely with the Business owner, Project Manager, UX designer, Scrum Master, Data scientists, Analytics engineers and Analytics developers to bring to live the product you own.

You will be accountable for the final product, based on Analytics or Machine Learning
You will represent the customer to the development team
Manage and make visible the product backlog and its priorities.
Be the point person of the development team

Work closely with Business owner and projects stakeholders to understand the business need and to translate product vision and strategy into a great user experience.
Translate business needs into functionalities and stories: Create Epics, Stories and Tasks aligned to the priorities and vision, as per scrum methodology
Manage the backlog of stories, define their priority and schedule them as per the capacity of development team. Manage the calendar of deliveries through planning, reviews and sprints.
Manage each stage of the development process and its final product: availability of the test environments and of the test phases: SIT and UAT.
Apply Data mining iterative approaches (Crisp-DM, KDD…) to manage Machine learning projects)
Be the single point of contact for the product/solution’s health and calendar.
Work closely with developing team and the scrum master to transform the story into functionalities.
In certain occasion, act as a scrum master to assign the task to the development team.

5+ years of relevant experience as Product Owner, Solution Owner or Product Manager
2+ years of relevant experience in Agile model / scrum methodology
2+ years of relevant experience on Analytics and Machine Learning
Experience with collaborative development tools such as Jira and Confluence

It would be preferred if you count with:

Experience or knowledge in the customer support operations
Experience in the data analysis
Experience with best practices around test automation, in the context of data analysis and data science.
Experience with data analytics technology (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau, Redshift, Salesfroce-Tableau CRM, Salesforce-Discovery).
