Project Manager Senior Hardware

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate senior project manager to join a big company with a global team.

We are looking for a big-picture thinker with strong leadership, network and communication skills. You will get to
lead a brilliant team in developing the last generations of connected devices and amazing innovative projects.

You are the perfect candidate if:

 You have 10+ years of global experience and 4/5 years in hardware electronic project management

 Significant experience in leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams (R&D,
industrialization/supply chain, purchasing, offer managers, ...)

 Proven track record of being self-directed

 Possess leadership skills to work in a global organization across time-zones, and with teams that
are internal as well as with external contractor groups

 Strong communication skills to communicate with senior stakeholders on key milestones, risks &
issues. Ability to push the organization to make critical decisions

 Effectively manage change, consider trade-offs and present impact analysis with clear options to
allow for clear decisions to be made

 Manage inter-dependencies between teams, identify risks and opportunities for project success

 Work with resource managers to ensure effective resource allocation and find solutions to other
projects and program needs

 Having experience in leading hardware projects within an agile environment (SAFe)  Ability to create intimacy between his projects and our customers by putting in place some
customer panels.  Basic marketing skills to be able to prioritize the team activities from business perspective

 Have significant experience on distributed automation domain (business understanding and
technical depth)

And if you count with:

 Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in project management and/or science (electronic domain)

 Significant experience in agile software environment (ideally SAFe) and digital offers

 4/5+ years of experience leading complex development projects through planning, managing,
tracking and reporting

 Proficient language skills for this global role
