Our client is an European independent provider of IT infrastructure services. Their mission is to help customers maximise the value of IT by advising on IT strategy, deploying and integrating appropriate Technologies.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support recruitment operations and be responsible for Spain related recruitment matters, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager of Hungary, Spain and Poland. You will mainly recruit native speakers for the global Service Desk team, Sales team members and onsite technicians.

During your day to day:
- You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including interviewing candidates across a variety of open roles helping management find and hire quality talent
- You will engage with stakeholders across the business: manage day to day relationships and provide accurate reports ensuring high satisfaction and seamless delivery
- You will engage with current job boards, social networks, partners and platforms and create and release job descriptions and announcements
- You will ensure best practices, guidelines and initiatives of the Group Talent Acquisition function become practice in your location
- You will be point of contact and support other HR functions with recruitment related cases

You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role
- You are an influencer on both sides - candidates and hiring managers
- You have solid knowledge of sourcing channels and platforms including local job boards, global job boards, rating portals, social media, local networks, campus recruiting, recruiting events and agencies
- You understand that data is important, and you know how to use it to improve the performance of the Talent Acquisition function
- You preferably have experience in recruiting multi-lingual positions
- You have a fluent level of English and Spanish (spoken and written), any additional European language is an advantage
- You are result-oriented, excellent in keeping deadlines and pay attention to details
- You have the ability to work independently but you are a team player, constructive, flexible and responsible
