Our client is a multinational company of the FMCG sector.
You will be responsible for the fixed assets accounting, daily bank account reconciliations, Intercompany entries and outstanding balances, monthly closing checks.
Your key responsibilities will be:
-You will handle Fixed Assets module SAP: opening investment orders, capitalization write off, depreciation
-You will provide daily Bank account reconciliation (clearing entries transitory accounts)
-You will do netting Intercompany entries and outstanding balances
-You will provide netting manual payments
-You will be responsible of billing sub-products (from factories Spain) and billing Fixed Assets Intercompany transactions
- You will be responsible for the monthly closing: revaluation of B/S open entries in foreign currencies
-You will master Data: Fixed assets type and depreciation rates
-You will handle ad-hoc efficiencies projects (work flows)
You are the person we are looking for if:
-You have a degree in finance
-You have 3 years experience in similar roles and responsibilities
-You speak English and French (medium-high level)
-You have used SAP User (FI, FA, TRM, COPA, PPMM)
-You have excellent skills in MSoffice: Excel, Word, Power Point
