Our client is a leading multinational company delivering customer experience, mobility and monitoring solutions to other companies and their clients.
As a Front Back Office Agent, you will be part of an expert team on behalf of the company's client, and your daily activities will be:
- Receive phone written customer requests and complaints regarding Europe’s biggest customer loyalty and frequent flyer program, review and answer them, high quality phone feedback to premium clients;
- Processing of enquiries to the topics of frequent flyer status and missing mileage credits as well as clarification of complex topics regarding applying these points;
- Research work in different applications and document your working results elaboratively.
You are the perfect candidate if:
- You speak fluent German (C1 level);
- You speak fluent English (B2, at least);
- Optional: Italian / French / Spanish (C1 level);
- You're experienced in customer services, ideally have worked in a customer interaction center receiving requests by Phone and have interest in the travel industry (interest in modern widgets, e.g. App customer support, is a plus).
- You have good communicative skills, commitment and are solutions oriented;
- You're professional and friendly appearance, like working independent and customer oriented.
- You're team-oriented and goal-oriented. Dealing with SLA, KPIs monitoring should be known and the goal should be achieved;
