Our client is a growing and expanding company specialized in digital and interactive marketing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Craft strategic interventions on brand portfolio, marketing and sales plans based on the in-depth analysis of wide set of data, including sales, shares, consumer insights, media efficiency, competitive activities, etc.;
- Lead new product launches and evaluate the current strategies of a brand performance;
- Coordinate your work with internal and external partners;
- Leverage consumer shopper understanding, gathering insights from key decision makers and develop plans to meet identified needs;
- Launch and manage the e-commerce operations in Portugal at operational level and marketing level;
- Coordinate e-commerce daily operations (picking/packing/delivery/etc);
- Pioneer innovative digital solutions in the area of communication and commerce for a brand or full portfolio;
- Manage, analyze and draw conclusions on specific ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, bounce…);
- Ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose;
- Analyze digital role in the consumer path to purchase consumer online searches;
- Stay up to date with market, consumers competitors;
- Collect and connect working knowledge on the e-retailers;
- Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, data;
- Leverage local constraints and maturity in ecommerce activation;
- Drive Growth, Develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors.

We Need Your Skills
- Proven track record of at least 5 years’ experience in E-commerce projects;
- Deep understanding of the e-business environment and good knowledge of online retailers;
- Strong consumer understanding and some experience in portfolio and activation management;
- Strong autonomy, innovation and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills;
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential — knowledge of Spanish would be a plus;
- Extremely detail oriented and organized with strong time-management skills;
- Occasional travel could be necessary;
- Your knowledge of content marketing tools are a plus.
