Our client is a leading multinational company delivering customer experience solutions to other companies and their clients.
As a Front or Back office you will be part of an expert team on behalf of the company`s client, and your daily activities will be:
- Receive phone written customer requests and complaints regarding Europe’s biggest customer loyalty and frequent flyer program, review and answer them, high quality phone feedback to premium clients;
- Processing of enquiries to the topics of frequent flyer status and missing mileage credits as well as clarification of complex topics regarding applying these points;
- Research work in different applications and document your working results elaboratively.

You are the perfect candidate if:
- You speak fluently German Language (C1 level) and English (at least B1 level, written communication);
- Good communicative competencies, commitment and solutions oriented;
- Professional and friendly appearance, like working independent and customer oriented. Team-oriented and goal-oriented. Dealing with SLA, KPIs monitoring should be known and the goal should be achieved;
- Experienced in customer services, ideally have worked in a customer interaction center receiving request by - - - Phone and have interest in the travel industry (interest in modern widgets, e.g. App customer support, is a plus).
