We're looking for an Online Advertising Specialist with German to join an international outsourcing company in Lisbon!
As a Online Advertising Specialist with German you will be providing high quality customer assistance to our Client’s customers (B2B).
In this role you will:
- Provide high-quality online customer service via phone, chat and email (B2B)
- Deliver efficient troubleshooting
- Provide account optimisation through multiple communication channels including social networks
- Upsell additional product features to existing B2B customers
- Research customers products and services
- Collaborate with other departments
- Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of all online advertising services
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You're fluent in German
- You have an advanced command of English
- You have at least 1 year experience in a customer service related field
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- You're self-motivated to meet targets
- You have a general knowledge of social media and digital platforms
- You can work individually and as part of a team
