As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their questions and inquiries related to the service and ensuring excellent customer relationship management at every interaction. The department is rigged for growth in 2021, which offers a wide range of opportunities for internal promotions and career development for the right candidates.
Your key responsibilities will be:
-You will receive and handle customer requests by phone, email and chat
-You will function as an ambassador for the service
-You will collect and maintain customer data
-You will clarify customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements
-You will work on requests and comments via the Social Media channels
You are the person we are looking for if:
-You have a native level of Dutch or Nordic language
-You have experience in customer service, communications or similar position
-You have good knowledge of current social media channels (Facebook, Twitter etc.)
-You are passionate about community management and digital affinity
-You have excellent communication interpersonal skills
-You are available to start from the 3rd of May.
