Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector for home appliances.
As part of the Sales department your main tasks will be the following:
-You will be answering inbound calls in Dutch and offering insurances to the consumers.
-Consumers that have purchased a new appliance will give you a call to register their appliances.
- Capture all the details and confirm the registration once it’s done. We will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer, and tell about consumer and additional insurances.
- Dutch Native
- At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service environment
- Strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.
- Strong customer service skills, be used to working with targets and changes in products. In addition, the agent should be a strong communicator, who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.
-Salary of 22K gross per year plus monthly bonus based on your results
-100% remote position, you will receive a laptop and you will have the flexibility to work fully from home, anywhere in Spain
