Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector.
As part of the Spanish Telesales department your main tasks will be the following:
- Answering to customers in Spanish and offering insurances to the consumers of home appliances and technological devices from big brands.
- We will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer, and tell about consumer and additional insurances.
-Spanish Native + Plus to have other European languages
-At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service environment
- Customer and results oriented
- Energetic and perseverant personality
• The agent should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.
• The agent should also have strong customer service skills, to be used to working to targets and change in products. In addition, the agent should be a strong communicator, who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices
- 20k yearly salary plus monthly bonus based on your results
