Our client is a multinational company dedicated to the industrial business and with worldwide presence
You will be responsible for:
- Do the project management of different HR analytics processes
- Develop and analyses data models in order to improve the data transparency
- Prepare and present to the HR and Business departments analysis reports related with projects within the HR team
- Do the forecast of the new open positions request on the company
- Construct and review the budget
- Work together with auditors in calculation of business cases
- Training the HR team in the use of new processes and tools
- Design and implement new projects
- Keep track of accounting topics
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a degree in accounting, business informatics or finance
- You have a native level of English
- You have a proven background in a controller position, experience in HR department is a plus
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You have analytical mindset
- You are used to working with different digital systems such as Office package and SAP
- You are used to working together with different departments inside an international company environment
