Our client is an American company of the industrial sector, present worldwide and providing highly technological solutions of air filtering. They are building up their new center, heavily investing in structures and multilingual talent.

As an Outbound Sales Supervisor you will focus on coordinate the efforts of the OB team to maximize aftermarket sales, pro-actively develop the customer base, understand customer needs and to utilize that knowledge to secure business for Process Filtration BU.

During your day to day:

- You will coordinate the efforts of the Prospection team
- You will follow-up on progress in personal and business development of each OB Sales Rep
- You will implement a clear and frequent communication structure with local sales offices
- You will ensure proper documentation of all outbound activity in the CRM system
- You will promote the sales of replacement filters, parts and other catalogue products in a certain region via phone
- You will consolidate and report the results of the team (sales turnover, number of calls made, number and value of quotes issued)
- You will create of qualified Sales Leads for the Aftermarket Rep Team

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have a fluent and an Advanced level of English (company language)

- You have any other additional languages (especially Scandinavian, Polish or German). Not required but valued

- You have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably commercial)

- You have at least 2 years of experience in international outbound activity or sales

- You are a natural team leader and self-starter, and have the ability to motivate others

- You have experience with industrial products, CRM software and NS office

- You are able to do some travelling if required

What's offered:

- A permanent full-time job of 40 hours per week
- WFH policy to be applied after the initial training (1 month)
- Schedule: 8 - 17h (1h flexibility), Monday - Thursday. Short shift on Friday (8 - 15h)
- Working remotely 2-3 days per week
- Daily shuttle from Bcn (Plaza España) to our office (Terrassa)
