The purpose of TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE is to provide a platform for  organizations and candidates to connect in an online environment so that they can contact each other, generate new job positions, and increase and strengthen their professional relationships.

 

Through the webpage https://www.talentsearchpeople.com, TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE aims to provide an employment exchange site for candidates to find available job offers.

 

The use of the portal implies the candidate’s full acceptance of the provisions included in the version  of the Legal Conditions published by TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE when the candidate accesses the website.

 

The candidate can register in the portal by filling in the "Candidate registration form," and for all purposes, it will be understood that he or she accepts the general terms and conditions when clicking on the "I accept the general conditions" button at the bottom of the form.

This article regulates the conditions of registration in the Internet portal "https://www.talentsearchpeople.com" as a candidate to:

 

- Review the available job offers in different sectors, e.g., IT, ecommerce, finance, legal, commercial, marketing, engineering, retail, pharma and native speakers.

 

- Register in the portal as a candidate by completing the profile and highlighting the skills that he or she wants companies to notice.

 

- Select the area that may be of interest within the professional field in which he or she specializes and apply to complete the registration process. Our experts will receive the application and will contact the candidate when the profile fits one of our vacancies.

 

- Apply for jobs that may be of interest by completing the corresponding registration form.

 

- Be referred to the companies and collaborating organizations of TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE.

 

- Receive, by any means, including email and equivalent electronic communication, periodic information related to TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE’s services, including suggestions and employment alerts, TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE newsletters, studies and sector reports and, in general, any employment-related information. To ensure that such information and commercial communications match the candidate’s interests as much as possible, TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE may use statistical methods to create profiles and data segmentation.

 

  1. – SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

4.1. - Candidate’s registration: To register on this web page, the candidate must complete the registration form and accept these legal terms and conditions.

 

4.2. - Veracity of the information: All the information provided by the candidate must be truthful, guaranteeing the authenticity of all the data communicated. It will be the candidate’s responsibility to keep all the information provided to TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE up to date so that it corresponds at all times to his or her real situation.

- Requests to complete the candidate’s profile

- Commercial communications (for advertising and commercial prospection purposes) related to job search and the labor market.

 

The candidate can revoke his or her consent at any time simply by sending an email to tspgroupgdpr@talentsearchpeople.com indicating "unsubscribe."

 

 

  1. - INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

 

7.1. – The candidate expressly accepts that the information published on this website is subject to copyright held by TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE; therefore, its ownership or any commercialization or exploitation right is not transferred.

 

Accordingly, the candidate, except as expressly authorized by virtue of its subscription, will not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform, totally or partially, the information to which he or she has access, including error corrections, transformations, versions, or use it for any purpose other than that authorized.

 

The candidate assumes full responsibility for copyright infringement arising from his or her actions.

The candidate authorizes the transfer of his personal data to third parties for the provision of the service, i.e.,, to the companies that use the services of TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE for the search and selection of personnel and for any other purpose that may be necessary and implicit for the normal performance of the services offered by TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE. These third parties may be located in Spain or in any other country, even those that do not offer a level of protection comparable to that of European data protection regulations.

 

TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE is not responsible for these third parties’ use and storage of the data, so TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE will be exempt from any liability in this area.
