Logistics-Export Administrator in the Chemical Industry with an Excellent Level of English and French

We are looking for a very methodical and organized person to work in a reputable supplier of fine chemicals for commercial bio-science applications.


The candidate will be responsible for:

- Booking sales orders and send order confirmations
- Maintaining lead time information in ERP
- Keeping customers informed or updated lead times
- Preparing shipment documentation
- Instructing transport and follow-up
- Sending documentation to customers and keep them informed
- Sales supporting
- Creating production orders
- Creating new Bill of materials
- Minimum stock management
- Office Management internal administration
- Email management
- Scanning archiving documentation


- Advance level of English, high level of French
- Experience in export sales
- Understand Transport and Logistics processes
- Person with initiative, dynamism who wants to go extra mile.
- Extrovert person with good commercial skills
- Customer Oriented attitude
- Outstanding communication skills
