Our client is a luxury Real Estate company.
As Client Relations Representative you must be a high calibre junior professional, who is keen to work as first contact for the customer of an important Real Estate company based in Barcelona.
Through your excellent communication and social competence you will establish successful phone contact with customers interested in properties publicized by the agency and you will analyze their requirements in order to gather useful information for the sales agents.
Ideal candidates would have:
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Other languages are a plus
- Previous telesales / business development experience,
- Aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive way, both internally within the office environment, and when dealing with clients on the phone,
- Positive work ethic, dependability,
- Customer focused outlook,
- MS Office
- first-rate planning and organizing skills.
