Our client is an important technology company that offers all you need to be on the Internet as a business: from website creation, hosting and promotion to online brand protection.
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be a part of the Sales department.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Portfolio management:
- Inbound calls (monitoring of the portfolio and the renewals).
- Outbound calls to potential customers.
- Lead processing (request for quotation/information commercial).
Analysis:
- Prospection, analysis and attraction of new clients.
- Preparation of proposals, budgets and follow-up up to closing of the sale.
- Registration of the entire sales process in the company's CRM.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
- Native French level and an advanced level of English or Spanish.
- Good knowledge of Sever's world and Internet.
- Technical knowledge of Web Design/E-commerce and/or Online Marketing.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a similar position, capturing new accounts over the phone.
Skills:
- Commercial attitude.
