Service Desk Agent with Excellent German and English

Your main responsibilities will be:
-Maintaining direct contact with the client or ticket owner, is available for receiving calls/ emails/ tickets/ requests/ incidents and to answer them as soon as possible.
-Record the incoming client requests - orders or incidents - , creates tickets.
-Identify, diagnose and categorize the incident/ call/ ticket and determines priorities.
-Forward more complex problems to next level of support.
-Updating client information and the ticket management system throughout the whole process,
and logs information.
-Tracks tickets and informs the client about its status.
-Close the ticket.
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Customer and service orientedperson
-Be selfconfident, and have an aptitude for ICT issues.
