As an Office Service Administrative, you will be working in the Administration division and reporting to Finance Manager.
You will be responsible for:
-Car fleet mangement (review contract durations, update internal system, follow up fines)
-General services management (Mobile phones fixed lines, copiers, stamping machine, catering)
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Advanced level of English
-Minimum 1 year of experience in Administration
-Very analytical profile
-Assertive and with good communication
-Excel Advanced level
-Schedule: part time from 9:00 am to 13:00pm
